The People Under the Stairs
This is your typical late 80s early 90s horror flick, creepy and a little humorous at how outlandish it can be. The movie centers around a young boy who teams up with some robbers, to break into the house of the two slum lords who are about to evict the young boy’s sick mother. Once they are in the house, they all realize how deranged the slum lords–a brother and sister who actually call each other mommy and daddy—actually are. As they go through the house, they find a number of children hidden under the stairs with many of them missing some body parts – the goal now becomes to save these children and get out of the house as quickly as possible, but the slum lords are after them and their creepy dog!
